Really good food on the new menu. Excellent craft beers as always. The staff are great, but there just aren't enough of them. Always a long wait at the bar, and the floor in the restaurant was scattered with food scraps and crumbs from previous diners. The staff that were there were obviously very busy a day needed more hands.

Very clean nicely prepared and spacious room really nice helpful staff on reception. Parking looks bad around 6-pm to 8 pm but it opens up once the pub diners go home! Good value for money. Recommend and would go again.

A lovely renovated room upstairs. Motel has a lift. Large TV, - room had individual air con. Only little negative....shower tap could have been on end of other wall. Opposite the shower door. Loved the non slip tiles in the bathroom Staff were lovely, I used my $50 stay voucher. Pub is close by and meals were good.

As a family with a young child we had a great experience. We ate outside where the children's play are is and it was perfect for us. Staff were friendly and meals were good, a little pricey, but hey it's 2022 everything is pricey now.

Great place to catch-up on all the sport that's on, but hard to hold conversations above the noise. Food is delicious but double check meal sizes as some are rather small, guy's & girls on our table ordered the same meal & we were all dissatisfied with the serving size compared to other bistros if equivalent value & we were all left with a hole in our stomach's still. (The fish n chips serving size however was substantial)

We stayed in and around Newcastle and visited 4 different hotels, but Warners at the bay was by far the best! Beautiful newly decorated room, cool round bath tub and great shower, bed was so comfy and all for 1/2 the price of the other hotels we stayed in that were old and very disappointing. Wish we had stayed here our whole trip. Staff were very lovely too.

Really disappointed with the Pork belly. I'm happy to pay good money for good food. But this was hard and crackling chewy.
