This place is set out so well. Everything is comfortable with easy access to food and beers. There's an extensive menu on offer with good pricing. Try the 600g rump. Excellent beer choice with craft and commercial beers available. Staff worked flat out and were very pleasant and helpful. They handled the motofest crowd very well. I'll definitely be going back next time I'm here. Outstanding.

Huge portion sizes, great gluten and dairy free options and a family friendly atmosphere. Great to go for lunch after visiting Bago Maze or Timbertown!

What can i say Bago Tavern is absolutely Amazing. The staff are so happy and friendly. We were out in the front smoking area and the staff without being asked delivered water to our dog. The coffee was no less than perfect and for the first time ever since i have done reviews the toilets were immaculate and this was at a busy time i have not found this in any other toilet at any Hotel or Tavern. I give these guys five stars and you can bet that i will be going back when ever i am in Wauchope again. I have to be honest we never had a meal on this day but i did make a point of listening to other customers eating and they were really enjoying it and when i spoke about how good the place was everyone was agreeing with me. Thank you Bago Tavern for giving me the urge to want to come back.

Our meals came out piping hot and looked inviting. Mine was okay and there was plenty of everything. The vegetables were hot and crunchy. Unfortunately my husband's lamb rump was tough and gristly and had more fat than meat. It definitely wasn't medium or slow cooked. I did say something, but was brushed off. It was a really disappointing experience.
