1 Star Review by Shanon Pirchmoser

I'm visiting in town and went to the federal for the meal special which I have since found the notice of suspension on your website after my visit. The treatment we received was rude. We were initially ignored by the male staff member (who looked right at us then went to serve someone else). When I questioned the meal specials, was blatantly told "we haven't started them back up" gruffly. Not to mention, the menu we were given had them on it. One of the tables we were told was free still had dirty dishes on it. We walked out based on the service alone. The service from the McDonalds across the street was actually friendly. Seeing all these signs of "Buy Local or Bye Local" around town makes me laugh. If this is the service you provide visitors to a small town receive, it's definitely "Bye". Enjoy the business while it lasts. Won't be long.
