Food is horrible. Eaten here three times now first time I got a parmy, it was undercooked and tasted bland. Second time I got the spaghetti, it was mainly pasta and pasta sauce, almost no meant and no flavour. Thought I would give it one last chance so I got the butter chicken. The rice is soggy, there is almost no chicken, tasted awful. I paid a extra couple dollars for one tiny papadum which they only give you one of. Overall very disappointed and wouldnt recommend their food to anyone.

We had mostly a fun night for a friends birthday, however one of the female guests with our party became quite intoxicated from drinks that the hotel served her and was told to leave. We were helping to facilitate her departure from the hotel but for the security it wasnt fast enough. One of the male security team was very rude and aggressive toward us, yelling at both my wife and I and it appeared that he was playing up to and for the amusement of a group of young females seated close by. It wasnt our job to help the intoxicated person but we did our best to protect her from, what would probably been a physical ejection. Very unprofessional

We went to Colonial Hotel Video Shop to return our DVD & decided to have dinner at their bistro. It was before 7pm and there weren't many around. The entire venue was clean. Staff were polite & helpful. Most important review: Food My daughter had steak. I had the hicken & rocket salad. We loved their food. Service was prompt. The have alfresco dining and we sat outside to enjoy dinner. Steak was juicy My salad was yummy & filling. The chicken was cut ever so thinly & was delicious. Highly recommended.

The food was delicious, we didn't have to wait very long before our meals were ready. The Service, the lady taking our order was very helpful. Atmosphere, relaxing and quiet. We look forward to going there and would recommend to others who would like to go out for a lovely meal. Betty

Today I witnessed around 40 people empty there wallets into the pokies ,roughly $19000 went into the machines near no return for them , ouch lol
