Woodenbong Hotel reviews
5 Star Review by Allison Baskerville
Took a bus of elderly people to this Hotel for lunch. Great disabled access. The staff and hospitality was unbelievably welcoming and friendly. The food was superb and prices were very reasonable. The Hotel and amenities were exceptionally clean. A big thank you to the proprietors and staff for looking after us all.
4 Star Review by Eric Anderson
We had dinner in the restaurant which was a little hit and miss with a great entree but the mains were a little disappointing as it appeared to be pre-packaged cooked food rather than fresh. The hotel has a lot of character with a lot of older furniture. Cannot comment on the rooms in the motel as we didn't stay there. Overall worth a visit if you are passing through.

John and Julie are lovely people. We had to stay in an emergency and they got us s room and kept the kitchen functioning later than usual. Will definitely be back one day!!

Food was ok, kitchen service was terrible, ordered 4 meals, first 3 came out 10 minutes apart then was told that was it, reminded them there was one more meal, 10 minutes later it arrived, so last meal arrived half hr after first one, how hard is it for bistros to look at a menu, see 4 orders, and time it to bring 4 orders out within minutes of each other, so the group can eat together ?

A great little bottleshop, support the small businesses! Helped us carry our grog to the car - great service!

Nice country pub with beer garden and multiple areas to drink and eat. Best thing about the pub is they offer Gluten free options, including the fryer and understand Coeliac food requirements. Lovely friendly service like you want in a pub like this.
