Austrian Club Sydney reviews
5 Star Review by Julian Ward
Went down to the Austrian Club for a beer and a feed and I really enjoyed myself. Food and beer was great and was looked after by the lovely waitresses. Had a mate come down to join me who was the one that recommended for me to go. Was a good afternoon.
5 Star Review by Jason Karalus
It's great to get authentic Europe food at reasonable prices, with a casual family atmosphere and friendly staff. I'll be back for the pork knuckle
4 Star Review by Mike Down Under
What's there not to like about this place? Sort of like a Bavarian beer house, decorated with lots of timber, very casual, and very welcoming and friendly. Has a strong local following, well deserved. Service from the attractive waitresses is efficient and approachable, bar staff are first rate, and might I say, reasonably priced. caters more for large groups though there are smaller tables for couples. Food is VERY good, and the portions, generous. Get your fix of schnitzel or roast pork hock here, and wash it down with a litre of beer!

Always a wonderful afternoon, friendly patrons, great staff and fantastic music.
4 Star Review by Ken Martin
Great value food, drinks and atmosphere even with the limited menu because the kitchen is being renovated. Can't wait till it's finished. Best value pork knuckle in town and the rest is just as good with friendly family style service. Love it.

You cant beat a schnitty and potato salad at the Austrian Club. Best schnitzel in Sydney hands down.

Out of the way so allow the price of a taxi. Great pork knuckle. Drinks reasonable. Keep an eye out for special events. Dance floor needs repolishing. Recommend a visit.
5 Star Review by Felix Marian
Knuckle and Stiegl! The schnitzel and sides could do with improvement. The Jaeger sauce is what Germans would call a Rahmsauce and lacks flavour. Would suggest getting an Austrian/ German chef to tidy up the menu a bit

Fantastic menu, good selection of Austrian beers and other drinks and about the closest you get to the feel of an Austrian Gasthof. Update; With the opening of the new kitchen wait times are better than ever, and the food quality is still very good
