Barefoot bowls was great! Really nice that there is someone to help you with the instruction and rules. Drinks and food in the beer garden was really busy but good! Make sure you order food on time since it gets busy on a Saturday

Went to the Taja bistro for lunch with the family I ordered the pulled pork nachos they were delicious! The caramel roulade was delicious too but the hot chocolate I ordered tasted like milky water with froth.....

Had the BBQ pork ribs, which was ok but different to what I'm used to. The meat was soft, falling off the bone, but seemed precooked with just sauce put on top. Fish and chips were fine. Great friendly service. Liked the kids playground and play area. Family friendly.

Had dinner tonight at Taja Brasserie. I chose the lamb souvlaki specialthree skewers with tzatziki, greek salad, chips and pita. What a disappointment. The three skewers were tiny, (fork in photo for perspective) three pieces of lamb on eachtough, fatty and tasteless. The tzatziki was similarly tasteless. The only enjoyable element was the chipswouldve been cheaper to just get a plate of chips! Not the first time Ive been here or the first time Ive been disappointed but unfortunately being one of two choices in Shoalhaven heads they have a captive market. As a member of the club its disappointing that they cant do better.

This rating is just for the bistro, the rest of the club is quite good ( staff really friendly) However when you have to wait 90 mins for dinner you leave the club very annoyed especially with hungry kids! Plenty of other people were just getting refunds and leaving. Might need to re-think the contractor as not to ruin the reputation of the rest of the club and staff which was really nice.

This review is just for Taja Brasserie. We visited the club on Monday night the 2nd of January 2023 at around 7:40pm. As soon as we arrived we lined up to order from the Brasserie as there were a few people there. All the staff working on the front counter were Quite young, but friendly. The manager named Locke ( I may have the spelling wrong) was in the kitchen. I asked where our food was around the hour mark as we were hungry, it was getting late, and we have 2 little boys under four that were exhausted and needed to go to bed. Our meals were ready at around 9:15pm - 9:20ish. When I arrived at the counter there were lots of other customers complaining, some had already left, and the young staff at the counter were copping all the abuse as the manager was hiding out the back. When I asked who the manager was, he pointed to one of his staff and said " he is the manager" So he quite happy to let his young under 18 staff handle his complaints for him which was not right at all. Needless to say, our food was terrible, and we will not ever go back there for a meal anyway.
