Thank you so much for a weekend we will never forget. A weekend in one of the hotels accommodation houses. Wow the views were spectacular, river, ocean and mountains. We could even see Saddle Back Mt. The sunrises and sunsets were stunning. The house provided everything we needed and was so clean. Our mattress was the best I've ever slept on. I've already Googled where we can buy one. The Hotel only a stones throw away provided great food and drinks. The kids were so happy playing in the playground while we relaxed listening to some very talented live music. We were very lucky with the weather sitting out in the sun. Thank you so much. Our family will remember this weekend forever.

Went for lunch on a Wednesday. We walked up to the bistro counter where the sign said please order from the bistro here and stood awkwardly until the chef came out and told us to go order at the bar in a tone as if we were to know this. Food was average for the high price you pay compared to other pubs. The venue itself is lovely and spacious with a great outdoor dining area and awesome river views. Just a shame the food and service let it down.

This is probably the best pub in the area.. We visit there at least once a week for a quiet drink and for those nights that I dont feel like cooking, the meals are great!

Returned with my wife after visiting the week before with mates during a ride. It wasn't the best of pub experiences I have to say. Ordered drinks, one was a lemon, lime and bitters. It came out red in colour and tasted unusual. I took it back and the gent behind the bar advised it was a syrup mixture.. absolutely disgusting and offered no alternative. Off to the bistro for some fush and chups. Was ok but no dressing on my salad, but dressing on the wife's salad...mmm. sat outside in the beautiful sunshine with other family's and dogs...dogs everywhere. Not a pleasant experience, and we're dog lovers.

Had stayed away over Christmas due to number of visitors, but returning tonight for dinner was so pleasant. Service was prompt at the bar, meal came out soon after and was delicious. One of the best chicken parmigianas I have had here. Great view and atmosphere.

Updated: Dec 2022. Vastly improved from this time last year. There is once again more than one vegan option. I had Vegan Fish fillets (pricey though) and they were awesome. Glad they changed the chef. Staff are very friendly
