Berala Hotel reviews

I was a weekly customer of this for so long ,today I ordered the 2 grilled chicken plate . Firstly i found this rotten salad (as shown in the 2nd photo). While i almost finished my lunch i found a peace of steel which is a very dangerous chocking hazard. I walked to the staff with my food to show it . The girl on the counter called the kitchen staff and stated talking by a different language which is extremely rude for hospitality business like this. I didnt get any apologies from anyone and ended up getting refund for my food. Which i am not happy for cause i came out with a half empty stomach.I will surely escalate it for the sake of other locals.

A bit of confusing in the part of buying the drinks. Sometimes they charges me for a schooner of Lime and Soda for $3.60. Sometimes they don't. One of the lovely waitress said "it's only a soda and a piece of lime, no charge". Anyway, I always hold my bank card to swipe. It's not about money, it's about communication among the staffs. It is a great Pub with good service.

Excellent pub ro sit and have a meal or a drink. Place is a little outdated but definitely worth the visit and the food is on point and very tasty. Service was lovely and very friendly

We just ate here, I always saw the signs outside for 15.50 and thought how bad can it be, let's try it. My god now it's my favourite restaurant, came here twice now and can say the portion is huge and somehow tastes so good you eat the whole plate. I'd say the only thing I didn't like was the garlic bread but the beef and chicken are amazing. I'd highly recommend it and having a bar for all the drinks you need is great too. Not to mention plenty of parking. You get more than you'd expect to pay for :)
