Friendly staff, good food, nice rooms for short stays. Can get a bit noisy but thats expected at a pub/hotel. Enjoyed my time here.

5 Star Review by Lawrence Poonan
Nice and very cosy. Friendly staff. Have to come back here very soon. Totally different atmosphere than Penrith pubs. Cheers
5 Star Review by Tracey Greig
Unless youre a local, this is a blink and youd miss it driving past pub. The bar staff are friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant. The reason for our visit was the reopening of the bistro. We have followed the owners of the bistro from their previous hotel and it was, as always, well worth the effort. The bistro menu comprises eastern and western choices and is varied, plentiful and excellent value for money. The bistro owners are lovely and friendly people who make each visit something to look forward to.

Cleanliness was not so bad. It was alright. Customer service I am not happy about it. No communication at all, just do your check in thats all. You need to chase the staff members. Parking was hilarious!! There was literally 2 car parks for the whole hotel.
