Best pub hands down! We were welcomed with open arms from the lovely pub owners and had such a great night chatting with all the locals. The pizza was absolutely delicious. We were able to camp opposite the pub to complete a perfect night. We will definitely swing past again!

We were quoted $80 for a room, shown two different rooms and were fine with either. Then the next day we were told we would have to pay $120 for the room we stayed in, as there were three beds in it (there were only two of us). This was the FIRST time this had been mentioned. When we (politely) queried this while we we were paying them downstairs, the female owner rudely and loudly snapped at us from across the bar. Disgusting manners. If you misquote someone you honour that cost, especially as we were staying for a second night and were fine to pay the higher amount for that night. The room in question had three old beds with uncomfortable mattresses and no other furniture at all. The walls were cracked and plaster coming off. There was no light in the fixture; the owner left a globe and said she would be back to put it in but by late that night she had still not done it. Luckily a friend of ours was tall enough and was able to do it. The other rooms, by comparison, had newer, nicer beds and were properly furnished. The floorboards and stairs were rickety and posed a safety hazard. Im giving this place two stars because the food was good, otherwise it would be one star. Youd think that with a whole group of us buying dinner and spending a ton over the bar, plus booking two rooms, they would have given better servicebut that didnt happen. Avoid this place. There are nearby towns Ive stayed at that had much better accommodation.

Rusty Horse Hotel Bribbaree NSW Great meals, try the pizza awesome. Fantastic publicans, awesome people very accommodating. They are still renovating the pub, and doing a great job. Rooms are comfy not expensive.
