We booked a night away for our work Christmas party and had the best time. The location on the beach is amazing - we felt so taken care of and loved all the extra details everywhere. Paper Daisy was such a treat and our favourite was definitely relaxing by the pool soaking up some sun and the vibe you guys have created. We came home feeling like we had an amazing weeks holiday and was a great place to connect as a work team in a calm and sophisticated environment. Will definitely be back with the family.

Great stay. Pool is beautiful, staff are extremely friendly and the restaurant there (paper daisy) is wonderful. Rooms are very clean and they cater to your needs exceptionally well. Have stayed there twice now and won't have any hesitation going back again

Truely an experience unlike any other. Weve just checked out from a blissful stay at Halcyon House and it was by far one of the most incredible holidays weve had. The service not just from when we checked in, but from the moment we booked, was exceptional. Roxanne who checked us in was friendly, fun and incredibly accommodating, every-time we passed her during our stay she greeted us like old friends. At dinner, Brittany was a delight and made a food intolerance a real treat by providing some incredible alternatives totally unexpectedly. Emily even chased us down on the beach to let us know a spa spot had become available (which was pure bliss) . Every interaction with every staff member was exceptional. The food. The drinks. The accomodation, all perfection. Not to mention the small attention to detail that made you feel special, a turn down service, hand written notes, sorbet by the pool. An incredible experience of luxury and fine food in a relaxed atmosphere. 3 nights was just right to get into the mood and enjoy the whole experience. Slightly disappointing was the number of children in and around the pool, we had not expected it to be a family holiday experience.

Great service and smiles from the moment we arrived, amazing accommodation, beautiful pool area and delicious food! Had a pregnancy massage in the spa by Melissa on the morning of checkout really complimented my stay she was great!

Had an absolutely fabulous time with my partner on new years eve at Halcyon House just recently. The staff were SO friendly and knowledgable and made us bespoke cocktails as well as some fantastic suggestions from the menu. We got a $15 bowl of chips as a snack that were absolutely abysmal - avoid them at all costs. Outside of that, vibes were simply outstanding, highly recommended!

Despite having a fancy dinner menu, theyre more than willing to accomodate to disabled guests and guests who just want to eat something more casual. The staff always jumped at the opportunity to help my disabled relative, and I cannot thank them enough for helping make this holiday happen.
