Something has happened here. Over priced ordinary food slowly served with horrible loud music playing. Used to be ok here but I won't be coming back for a while.

What a great place... The meals were a little pricey I thought until it turned up wow totally worth it. The staff were all happy and had great customer service skills and very friendly I wouldn't hesitate to go back again well done guys your a credit to your profession 10 stars

Over the past 5 years we enjoyed lunch here - not any more. Today my steak had a green film on it - supposed to be tasty - not! Medium done was more raw than rare and the chips were reheated. AND all more expensive than before. NEVER AGAIN. Arrived home and threw up!

Haven't been to the Tavern for a few years and I won't be back. We had family from Melbourne. The big burgers were terrible, the kids had snitzel and chips and my husband had Seniors snitzel which was the same size as the kids and $$$ I had calamari which was ok, but the salad leaves looked nearly dead. I can't believe a chef could produce such poor food.

Everything is pretty great at the tavern, except for the meals unfortunately. They should focus on improving the quality of output from the kitchen.
