Good: kind staff. Bad: a lot of cockroachs in the room, bad booking system.(you better call to the receptionist. She is kind) We booked this accommodation around week ago, before we arrived date. But we couldnt get two bed room as we booked. - because our booking dropped. So the staff upgrade our room to family room which has 4beds. But, when we started unpacking our stuff at the room, there was so many cockroaches came out from the information book, behind of mirrors, inside of the tissue and Base of the electric kettle. The hardest part was, In the morning, when we packing our stuff to check out, we found some cockroaches were in our food bag and esky.

Great place to spend a night while travelling through town. The bar right out front was just a plus. Thanks for a comfortable stay in your great little town!

I'm staying in town and asked for the best steak in Cobar. The recommended was not wrong, this is definitely a fantastic steak. Worth the trip from Broken Hill, just to have it.

10% discount had me paying 880 a week. There is no longer a laundry on-site either. Other than that it was ok because we could have our 2 pets with us.

Perfect stopover motel. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the pool and garden area were great to relax in. Managers were responsive and helpful.

I accidentally booked the wrong dates online with a non refundable room then rocked up late while the kitchen was closing. They re-booked my room adjusted the price, Cooked me a steak then serviced me a beer. Talk about service. Cold beers and good steak too

Train wreck - avoid. Booking mix-up and no attempt to help, shabby room with a terrible smell, stained bedspreads and towels, air-conditioner didn't work and we were stuck in the heat, was transferred to room with working aircon after refusing to back down, then finished the night with a blackout and no power, and finally a mouse living in the NEW room, climbing cupboards and eating the complimentary biscuits. Then forgot to process the small $20 refund for moving us to a lesser room. Never seen anything like it.

Dreadful place to stay. Have stayed many places around the country. This is the worst. Had an overnighter, air-con did not work in first room, rodant bait on top of fridge, 3 lights in room did not work. Requested and got moved to another room. 2nd room - 6 large cockroaches in bathroom cupboard. Power went out in the entire complex and was out for around 2 1/2 hours in the middle of the night. No windows in room to open, my watch said it was 27deg at 1.30pm while air-cond was off due to no power. Serious lack of maintenance. Rang Manager re power outage twice, went to message bank so phone probably turned off. All this for $150. DO NOT STAY HERE. Staff were lovely. This is a Management/owner issue. On the good side, we ate at the Hotel and food was great. No complaints here.

Where do we start? The mattress was at least over ten years old and extremely well used(saggy and non supportive) found bugs in the bedding(beetle) the towels were smelly, there was a very strong odour of rotting seafood coming from the waste bins outside the units, and there were thousands of small swimming bugs in the pool, very uninviting on a 40 degree day wont be back anytime soon
