Coffs Harbour Hotel reviews
5 Star Review by Elizabeth BRANSGROVE
Excellent hotel with great staff, excellent parking, clean and comfortable rooms. The bathroom shower is mega small ( like being on a cruise ship)but fully functional. The laundry for $3.00 a load was sensational and handy when eating brekky next door. Breakfast was lovely served by a kind, cheery and friendly lady. My welcome gifts as I am a Gold Member was much appreciated. Thank you Ibis. Highly recommended.

For only $98 a night we were expecting it to be well.. Not amazing but I'm so happy to say that we were wrong!! For starters our beautiful receptionist I can safely say made our experience that much more welcoming, Thank you so much to Han she was absolutely beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was so nice along with having WiFi as well. Beautiful view too! For a brief stay definitely recommend!!

Staff were friendly upon check in. Just off the highway so is easy to get to. Free parking. Great place to stop, rest, and freshen up if youre travelling down the coast. Just remember its not the Ritz Carlton and is cosy, but for $98 per night, much better than sleeping in the car on the side of the road.

Windows in room don't seal properly, draft coming into room and traffic noise filters in. The water from the shower goes everywhere as there is no sill to stop it, there is rust around the bathroom door which says the water damage is over a period of time, there is also mould on the wall in the shower & one has to stand close to the wall to limit shower overflow. You advertise free WiFi however nit available in rooms must go to foyer - false advertising. My daughter stayed here 4 yrs ago and loved it however the accommodation has deteriorated & we will not be back. Very unhappy with accommodation.

The hotel is great and the room is clean. It suits our one night stay in Coffs Harbour. The unpleasant experience we had that the music from a very closed bar played up to midnight. It was really annoying us until midnight. But overall, the hotel is great.

Nice Cissy place. The rooms were clean and tidy. The good thing is that it is very close to the shops and other amenities. Pub next door to grab a bite. Overall a nice place to stay. Thanks will be back soon.

Receptionist was as rude as they come. Wouldnt let you check in 20mins early. Travelled 6 hours just wanted to have a sleep and had to stay in the front foyer untill she was ready. Will definitely be not coming here again

Booked room online.. got there after few hours and there was no rooms available and already took the money from the card. Very disappointed!
2 Star Review by Mark DeBattista
The place is shocking. It's a Formula one hotel.. Charged me $199 for a night. Bathroom is tiny, you flood the whole bathroom having a shower. All the metal door jams are rusting from all the water running out of the bathroom. Bare minimum in the rooms.. Be aware.. one night, that's it ! I couldn't wait to get out of the place.

Terrible place to stay. I got a family room for 4 people. It is ridiculously small. Whoever designed the room clearly had the goal of making it as small as possible to save every last dollar they could. The bathroom is ridiculous. As soon as you turn the shower on the floor is covered in water.
