The hot bun is definitely the BEST one I have ever had so far in my life. Its like a fancier vision of your childhood bun. Fluffy, creamy and sweet...reminds me of my childhood! Please sell them individually!!! The 8-course menu is super amazing. Every dish is so well seasoned and well balanced with the Chinese taste. Will definitely come back!

Cosy and intimate setting, perfect for a date night or dinner with close friends. The food is absolutely delectable. You can tell that a lot of thought and effort is put into each dish as you witness the chef carefully prepare some of the dishes right before your eyes. My favourite dish is the southern calamari with burnt shallot and squid ink which was cooked to perfection. It is paired with a bao bun served with a house blended butter, which was perfect for mopping up the delicious squid ink sauce.

A delicious experience, and service was attentive. Menu changes daily to ensure only the freshest ingredients are used. Abalone in a buttery sauce made from its own liver was flavourful and full of umami was mouth-coating! The star dishes were the duck breast and port lincoln calamari- each cooked to perfection. The guava and salted plum sorbet was unique and so refreshing. I can not wait to go back again !

I always enjoy different dinings with my partner but we dont really leave comments for all of the fine dinings or casual dinings that we have tried. But we have to say Zac is a very talented chef that combines all the ingredients really well. His selection of the flavours are amazing. I would also recommend to try the cherry wine at his restaurant! Highly recommend it and will definitely go back for sure!

One of the best Omakase experiences Ive had, fusing Asian and Australian flavours effortlessly. Each course was thoughtful and executed flawlessly with superb matched wines. The cherry on top, Chef Zac, has a charm and personal warmth that adds to the depth of flavours youll enjoy.

Really enjoyed the degustation by Zac and his team. True to what it sets out to be, its amazing food infused with influences from Zacs life and his experiences. All the dishes were a standout. We were lucky enough to be seated at the front of the kitchen, and personally interact with Zac and his team himself. The ambience, and the teams hospitality, made the dinner an especially memorable one! Given the rotation of produce that comes into the restaurant on a daily basis, and the quality of the food, we will be back again! Thank you Restaurant KA!
