Needed somewhere to stay while my husband was in hospital in Liverpool. This was the Hotel that could offer 5 nights straight accommodation. Rooms were clean and comfortable and as close as l could get to the hospital for a reasonable price. I would stay there again as l felt they looked after me well

Thank you for being honest!! . The king prawn pizza is actually king sized prawns!! Would you believe?? Lol Ive never had a prawn pizza that actually looked like the description and photo! And to top it off. Amazing! Only $15! I do call myself a pizza connoisseur and I give this a 5/5!

The worst night of my life. I booked a King Superior Room, but I received an oven. The AC wasn't working, and there wasn't anyone at the desk when I arrived late at night to chat. The receptionists in the morning were very shady and I assumed they already knew about the AC and offered me this room because I told them I would arrive late. This was the worst hotel I have ever slept in. Sadly, there are no negative stars.

Best T-bone steak ever, staff are happy to accommodate when put in their place and issues pointed out but otherwise would rather turn a blind eye on minor things that could actually make people's stay better over all.

The room is very old and smells Good management, but age is not overcome far from downtown sydney
