The Lennox Point Hotel reviews
5 Star Review by Alyce Vayle
Really friendly service. Food looked pricey on the menu but was absolutely worth it. Highly recommend! Great view, great food, nice selection, everything we ordered was above-and- beyond. Brought my nearly 4 year old and it was comfy and nice. Its not pub food, more like restaurant quality in a friendly local atmosphere.
3 Star Review by Paola Khnanisho
Great location! The food was average. We ordered kids and adults hamburgers, they were exactly the same size. The oysters were nice and fresh. If you want to sit upstairs, make sure to book in advance.

Groovy country pub situated across the road from the beach, book the 1st floor restaurant balcony and have a panoramic view of the beach and headland. Food menu includes variety and a cut above your usual pub fare. I went the tenderloin steak cooked on charcoal with salad and chips with green peppercorns. Pricey but u can get a rump cut for $34. Very attentive and friendly wait staff with a nice fitout. Definitely worth a visit

We had a lovely lunch. The staff were friendly and service was fast. Excellent drinks menu and the food was tasty, fresh and delicious. Prices very moderate for a beautiful spot overlooking the stunning sea. I would highly recommend a visit! Oh and the Sandpiper Riesling
2 Star Review by Tina Barker
Beautiful view of the water, sadly the food was not what we had hoped for. Steak was expensive for flavourless and overcooked, even for this medium well person, chicken snitty dry and the panacotta you could have dropped from the balcony and it would have bounced right back up. Disappointing as the reviews appeared to be good. Over the course of the week we were here they had run out of coffee, hot chocolate, oysters, freddos in jelly and freddos in ice cream. Tap beer I was drinking was stale and cocktail was pretty ordinary. Its a bad day in the kitchen when the kid wont even eat the ice cream. Head into town to Slicks for good burgers and great service.

If you are in the area and you are looking for a nice pub meal, this is the right place to go! Good selection of beers, nice pool table and delicious food! The bistro is on the top floor, with a beautiful view of the beachme and my partner had the kingfish tartare as entree (so fresh and full of flavour), then we had one main each, she went for the fish burger (she quoted the best she ever had) and I went for the classic chicken schnitzel (delicious, crunchy outside, moist inside with amazing crispy fries as side and salad)! Its not the cheapest but the food is definitely worthy, and I will be back for sure next time Im around!

We drove to Byron for the day from Ballina, on our trip we have been so shocked how most hotels dont use fresh local seafood, We have the king fish tartare (was the best I have ever had) full of flavour!! I had the fish burger, it was also very yummy, the pickles have it a great taste everything was so balanced! My partner had chicken schnitzel he said it was crunchy crumbs and the chicken was so moist, We both loved the chips here they dont peel the potato, there crispy with a soft middle! It is right on the beach front with an amazing view, highly recommend this place.

Stopped here for the first time while visiting the area. Very expensive, took a long time for the food to arrive, my meal didn't come out before my partner and brother even finished theirs. Very disappointing. We ordered a parmigiana with chips and vegetables, and once the food arrived we were told that they don't do veggies, just salad and chips. Despite the issues, the food was tasty, hence the 2 stars. Unfortunately don't plan on coming back any time soon.
