Went on Anzac Day for lunch. Food was good and staff were attentive. My wife liked the cocktails. We will definitely be back.

Great menu selection. Good wine and very reasonably priced. Sirloin steak cooked to perfection. Staff very friendly. Squid a bit on the mushy side and had to wait way too long for a cocktail.

3 Star Review by Zoe Monohan

Came for a Sunday night dinner. Had the pumpkin salad, chicken lettuce cups, pork belly bites, octopus and steamed greens which were all fairly delicious and came out quickly. However, the staff were cold and unfriendly and we felt very uncomfortable and awkward. The music was also way too loud and we could barley hear each other from across the table.

Wow what a great choice for Easter Saturday lunch. We secured a table with uninterrupted views of the Harbour. This venue has a relaxed modern vibe. The food is casual yet sophisticated. We ordered a range of entrees to share and all were excellent. Great cocktail list too. Definitely a must if youre visiting Newy.

Good food and service for families that are not interested in the night life.

Waited a while at the door before someone approached and asked if we had a booking, which we did, but they said they didnt have it in the system. I showed the email booking confirmation and we were told go sit and table 16 over there - no sorry about that etc. Table hadnt been wiped down and there were chips on the floor around us. Food came out one by one and in pretty far apart intervals. By the time the last person got their food (group of ten) the first half had finished eating. They were a lot faster at clearing tables - even trying to take away glasses with wine still in it! Food was a bit of a mixed bag - some of it delicious and some average - pretty small portions overall. Isnt cheap either given the overall experience. Wouldnt recommend unless it improved!

We had our girl's Xmas party here Saturday 26/11 and the staff went above and beyond! - Particularly the male manager who had control of the venue and was well aware of women's safety. It is an amazing venue where women can feel safe to enjoy themselves as the managers are always keeping an eye out for their patrons! - thank you Honeysuckle Social, we will be back!

This location has been a go-too until today. The service and food has always been first class. But today, it was very expensive, poor quality and very sub standard. The service was highlighted by an unsupervised junior employee, so had and si untrained and si not wanting to be there, it was lije watching the episode if Fawlty Towers where Manuel was badly hungover. While so bad, it was amusing at first, but it quickly became annoying. I was served a seafood dish with empty mussels. When i sent it back it eventually returned with extra 3rd rate ingredients and was so salty and chilli it was barely edible in overcooked pasta. For the price we paid for all if the meal - it was rubbish. A disaster of poor management and a complete lack of supervision by anyone competent in either the kitchen or floor. Definitely not going back.
