Very kindly kept reception open until our arrival Lovely grounds Cabins a bit dated but in good nick In our cabin there were beds for three but only two chairs at the table One plate,one bowl,two cups,one spoon A coffee pod machine but no pods Not enough coffee sachets

I would highly recommend a stay at the Bridge Inn if you are in Bourke. The cabins had all the home comforts you need even included a coffee machine! It was also the cleanest cabin I have stayed in. The gardens, BBQ area, pool and surrounds where all beautifully maintained and most definitely added to our stay. Shane and Mick the hosts were lovely and so accommodating! Definitely worth a visit!

One of the most beautiful cabins we have ever stayed in and we have traveled Australia extensively! Almost perfectly period decorated and dressed! Even the gardens were lovely! Decent front verandah for our gorgeous dog to sleep on tied to post of course! Very welcoming host!

Stayed for a night - wished I could stay more!!! What a lovely motel, with the owners just SO hospitable, accomodating, just watch out for Bruno the Great Dane as 'security', he may slobber you to death!! haha I stayed in Cabin 4, opposite the pool which as a mineral pool, was delightful after my drive down from Charleville!! The cabin was well appointed, with coffee/tea and small snack options, a very 'country feel' experience and a beautiful bed with fresh linen, and the spa was also well needed!!! Mick recommended a few places for dinner in town, and opted for one of them!! What I loved best about the Bourke Bridge Inn was the gardens, and driving under the Wisteria archway, I felt like I was at home. This place is WELL worth the stay, very affordable, be it a night stopover, or an extended stay! Thanks guys, I hope to come back for a weekend stay soon!!!

With out a doubt it is the best accomodation in outback NSW and QLD , on the banks of the Darling river it has beautifully maintained gardens and is like an oasis . The rooms are spacious and very well fitted out , there is a pool and bbq area and the hosts Mick and Shane are absolutely charming , there is nowhere better from the vic border and FNQ Mick and Sue
