Mighty Hunter Valley reviews

4 Star Review by Alana Macallister

I really like the atmosphere and decor of this place. We sat on a table on the lawn in the sun and it was great. The beer selection was great too. When we arrived about 130pm, we were told there was no space for walk-ins at the restaurant, luckily I had made a booking that morning. The place didnt even seem that full though. The staff were also up front and said it would be an hour wait for food, which was a bit annoying. Once the food came it was delicious, however my schnitzel could have been bigger for the price. I hope this pub can get some more staff in the kitchen so the meals can come out faster because that is the only missing link I can see at this stage. I hope it improves because I would come here every weekend. Would also like to see some live music or acoustic musicians maybe on weekends to add to the chill atmosphere.

I had dinner on Sat 18/6 with my young disability client. Booking online was extremely easy and the service was fabulous. Our meals arrived very quickly (which was important for my client) and were absolutely delicious. I highly recommend for a great night out.

Went with a group of friends. It was okay. Two of us are celiacs and had the gluten free cheeseburger. We both described it as okay. Not overly tasty but okay. The rest of our group described the burgers the same way but the chips were good. Band on tonight was not bad and the drinks were about what you would expect. Parking and amenities are good and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Meal was average, staff a little rude

2 Star Review by Olivia De Sousa

We have been going to the Restaurant for the last 3 years as we love the ginger and chilli beer from the brewery so we look forward to incorporating the two. Unfortunately the menu has changed and we found the food really average, we can get this food at any local pub. Please bring back the slow cooked pork.

3 Star Review by Al Reid

The location is good. There is a good range of beers on tap. Staff are friendly and the service is good. The rooms are dated and tired looking.

5 Star Review by Keegan Spring

Good food. 30 billion different pale ales and only two beers. Lucky those two beers were incredible.
