Location was perfect for an overnight stay, just off the highway, shops only a short drive away. Room was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable with more than enough pillows. Facilities were nice, clean and modern. There is a catholic club next to it that offered great dining options. This was perfect especially with younger kids and tired drivers that had to be on the road again in the middle of the night. Check in/out process was quick and easy. Very wonderful helpful lady at the concierge desk. While there was plenty of parking, it isn't covered and safety/security was a concern for us. We just made sure to park as close as possible and within view of any security cameras. There are no microwaves in the room - not really a big deal but was only stopping in for a quick rest before heading back on the road so was hoping for a microwave to heat up a cheap easy dinner.

Affordable stay without compromising in comfort. Great big and comfy bed for 2 people, excellent shower and plenty of tabletop space too for both of our belongings. No need to unnecessarily put items in chairs or the desk. And easy access to the catholic club next door to eat and have a few drinks! Reception also has an easy process to alert 13Cabs when we needed a taxi. No need to call them ourselves. Will stay again when I am in Sydney!

Stayed here 4 nights with our family including teens & kids & would highly recommend. Easy to find, free parking, great pool & loved our rooms. Staff friendly & great to have Liverpool Catholic Club downstairs. I have to make special mention of the wonderful Antonio who was just so lovely. Thank you! We will definitely be back.

Had a better experience than I expected. Staff were friendly,rooms nice, spacious and fresh. The vibe , especially at the club is just awesome. Great facilities such as gym on site. Highly recommended for all kinds of people. Definitely coming again another time

Super convenient place to exit and join the freeway South or North. Easy car access. Open air parking. 24 hour reception. Professional and courteous staff. Room very clean and comfortable. Rooms are quiet, no road noise. Travellers will not be able to heat their own food. No kitchen equipment, like bowls, spoons or microwave, only an electric jug to boil water for tea and coffee. Complementary milk. Room service meals available and downstairs restaurant.

Got put in a disabled access bathroom room which delayed check in but then it was quickly rectified. Apart from the bathroom initially got, I just wish cafe at the other end was open. Was disappointed it was shut and only ONE cafe to order food from

Bathroom rubbish bin has not been emptied and ventilation fan was disgusting... One of bed side lamp had bulb missing... Staffs were friendly and check in was fast and clear. Swimming pool was clean and big enough for many families. Definitely the worst room condition we ever stayed in any mercure hotel & resort...
