We stayed for Fridayz Live this weekend and the staff were friendly and helpful, they gave everyone free drink vouchers as check in is 2pm however it was 3pm before our room was ready, which is understandable given the turnover of guests. Our room was great, lovely big fluffy towels however the bed was uncomfortable and the body wash was empty. I appreciate the refillable bottles instead of the little sample sizes for the environment however they need to be maintained. Overall I would definitely choose this hotel above the others. Also we parked in P6 and it was only a 5 or so minute walk.

This hotel really needs a update, rooms and restaurant is really outdated. But the level of customer service is definitely warming and I loved it. From the meet and greeter at the door to the desk where the agents checking people in, and there colleagues in the restaurant there level of customer focus and professionalism was definitely one of the best, and I enjoyed there company. The meet and greeters at the door are definitely the winners. The way they present themselves and there generous tone of voice, is so humbling, because it assures me I will be looked after. The only issue I had was the outdated rooms, I think the ibis across the road have better rooms and rates. If you pay premium price, atleast have premium rooms. But I definitely would be coming for the serviceKeep up the go of work

Stunning rooms with refined modern fixtures throughout. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating on check in, even though they were extremely busy and it was close to midnight. King bed was very comfortable and room spacious enough to entertain a small party. Hotel is perfectly situated for those attended events in Olympic Park and would recommend to anyone.

I have mixed feelings about my recent stay. Some positives were the entrance foyer look modern and well appointed. Staff were professional helpful and warm. The bathroom was generous in size with a full bathtub.The location was very desirable.What let this stay down was the condition of the room. It was a bit of a disappointment. It look tired and lots of wear and tear everywhere you looked. Large circular stain on the blind. Doors we scuffed. And the bedside table had so much wear on it. Varnish off in high traffic areas. Almost like someone has damaged the bedside table with a knife.Pretty ugly. The soap dispenser in the shower keep falling off when you pumped it and the room didnt come with shower caps and the other toiletries extras. If you wanted them you had to ring down and ask for them.The remote to the tv was very temperamental and only worked occasionally. Visually and functional it was very under whelming. Wont be returning sorry.

Only stayed 2 nights in 2 rooms. Could not fault anything. The staff were exceptional could not do enough for us. Very compassionate seeing we were in Sydney for a family funeral. Would definitely go back again hopefully under better circumstances. Special mention of lady at reception and Joe.
