5 Star Review by Ruben Sanchez
After a massive building renovation the result is this amazing bar. SKY BAR on level 9 is one of the best places in town to go for a drink. Very important to book beforehand otherwise you won't be able to get a table. I order the Dusk till Dawn cocktail and I loved it. It was my best option for me since I don't like Tequila and Whisky. The staff is very friendly and chilled, specially Matt. I'll be back.

Absolutely unique hospitality scene in Sydney, if youre in town, it is worth visiting. Dined at the Dining Room last night, that was some hospitality we talk about, the whole system from the beginning to the end, lobby to top floor, you could feel the love from the team. Initially thought it would be amazing to bring a date here when I sat down, but actually would highly recommend to eat with your mates visiting the dining room, definitely more fun like what I had! Thank you very much, cant wait to check Menzies Bar out next.

Lovely happy hour and great place to hang out with friends. We enjoyed the the Tuesday to Saturday happy hour and got $10 martinis and $10 prawn rolls. I was a little disappointed that it wasnt lobster roll. The prawn roll was alright, quite tasty but the bun wasnt good and the prawn salad mix had lots of lemon and caper in it. Martini was good to get without the olive or twist. Definitely a great deal. I also got the scallop gratin and crisp potatoes - both were good but very small, just single person portion. Im glad my friend had lots of fries with her bistecchina, so I got to fill up on fries. The chocolate tart is very rich, and the poached nectarines were a great balance for it - would recommend to share the tart. Antonio is very friendly and superbly knowledgeable on wines!

We came for a late dinner booking and loved the interior decor, furniture, lighting and balcony ambience the space offers We tried an array of food from the menu, and the oysters and crullers were a must-have mouthwatering experience! On the more substantial side, the eggplant was served with a beautiful nutty paste and my company enjoyed the moreton bay bug pasta and lamb on recommendation. There was also a tempting selection for dessert. The only reason I have rated three stars is due to the lack of care our table was given. Our order was confused with the table next to ours. After having to follow up why our food was delivered to the wrong table, our food slowly trickled out to over the course of a few hours. It was a shame, but when the food did come to us it was worth it!

My best friend wanted to check out the newly renovated Menzies bar and what a great choice. Very classy - which is totally up his alley - and the service was above none. The food was absolutely delicious. Even the lavatory corridor with its dim lighting proved worthy of the bathroom selfie - just classier.

Surprisingly big venue that we chose to have a quiet drink at to end our night! It had a lovely ambience to sit underneath the clock tower and have a chat with friends sipping some bubbles! It would be great for a work function or after work drinks

Outrageously overpriced. Unremarkable food and noisy. To be avoided!
