We loved our stay here! We were here for 2 nights and will be coming back in September on our way home. Everyone was such a pleasure there from reception to concierge. Rooms were pristine, shower was amazing and the bed was soooo comfortable which was so important to us after traveling for 24 hours. Location was great and very convenient. They even get us a room well before our check in which we were so grateful we could shower right away after flight.

This was our first visit to Australia and chose the The Grace Hotel. Our two week stay was amazing. Darcy and Dean and the rest of the staff were so kind and helpful that it made our stay even more special. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and centrally located to all the sites of Sydney. We highly recommend this hotel and guarantee that you wont be disappointed. Thank you Darcy/Dean for all your help with our tours and directions.

Couldnt fault the Grace. Good service and an amazing room. We stayed in the Signature premium corner king room and couldnt fault it really. We used it for an overnight stay while going to the Capitol theatre that night. Its not as well located for that theatre as for the other theatres in the city but at a 12 minute walk it was still hardly anything to complain about. The hotel is located in a great location. We had a corner room with a great view into the city. The bathroom with bath was amazing. So nice to have a bath before going out that evening for the show. We ran out of bath gel pretty quickly but the staff topped us up that evening while we were out on request. The bed was a king and felt huge. It was like sleeping on a cloud. Very good sleep. Pillows were soft and although we usually use hard pillows we slept well on them. The attention to detail in the room was noticeable. The subway tiles in the bathroom, the choice of shower heads to use. The tiling on the bathroom floor and the floors in the room itself, all showed it was a very well thought out premium quality room. Despite being on busy streets in the city there was hardly any noise overnight. We didnt hear anything. The double glazing helps. Overall one of the best hotel stays weve had with an amazing room.

4.2 stars. Great location for a 1 night work trip on 14 Nov 2022. Rooms appear to have had been refurbished so that's nice. The room I got was huge with 2 big beds! Great value for the location being smack bang in the middle of the city.

Classic hotel in keeping with its era. Lovely room. Great service. Central location and easy re taxis. They will book for you. I got Tony as a driver a lovely gentleman, old school professional. Made my stay easy and enjoyable. Thank you.

Beautiful old world charm. Welcoming desk staff, beautiful clean and well maintained rooms. Perfectly located for shops, supermarkets, theatres and a short walk to the harbour. Staying at The Grace is always a lovely experience.
