We always take the long way on our travels to visit country pubs like this. New owners six weeks ago have revitalised this little gem with great hospitality, an outstanding menu (and portion sizes), and free camping out the side. When we visited there was a live musician playing 70's hits, but the story was of the night before where the locals rocked until the small hours to another live band. Well worth the visit.

Such a great pub. The staff and owners are so nice and welcoming. We went for lunch today. As soon as we walked in they pumped up the jumping castle and were so accommodating. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was great. Next time we are visiting the family we will definitely be back

Great Community Country Pub with friendly locals backed by excellent Bar Staff and the meals are of a top quality. The Chef can nail steaks to order. I fully reccomend travellers drop in and say hello and grab a beer and feed. If you have a van, camper etc just park it out the back.

We got flooded in and approached the hotel for a room for the night. It's simple accommodation in a beautiful setting, couldn't fault their hospitality and the food was excellent.
