My mates room was more modern my room looked like the 80s and I still paid 150 a night bed was rock hard

It is a beautiful property in a small town surrounded by open farms and residential area. It is close to the shops and has a beautiful park and tennis courts nearby. We stayed there in early April and there were amazing road avenue views because of the trees turning yellow. Especially early morning walk was just beautiful with birds, sun rays and fresh air. The rooms are quite nice and clean as well with provision of making tea and coffee in the room itself.

Last minute phone booking as Orange was booked out, booking and payment over the phone very easy. Key in the door when we arrived. The room was okay, electric blanket on the bed but no cord connected. Toaster, microwave and kettle but no cups, plates or utensils? 4 pillows but only 3 had pillow slips the other was a bit dirty. Air-conditioning work thank godnes as it was zero degrees that night oh and on arrival the carpet was damp. We needed a bed and thats what we got.

The room was clean but the pillows were flat and lumpy, the plumbing was noisy and continued with gurgling noises for several minutes after every flush. They no longer provide breakfast and even though they provide a toaster their are no plates or cutlery available not even bowls if you wanted to get some cereal. The menu in the room to the affiliated restaurant also doesn't match what the restaurant offers
