Visit from brisbane for a sports tournament. Large food servings and so delicious! We had reef and beef and chicken palmy. Fast service. Chilled atmosphere. Big screen footy. Outdoor heaters were too hot on the face because how they were positioned, but asked them the reposition them away from our table. Pretty good experience. We went back a second night for their beautiful food.

Take-away food options in Urunga today 13th June were very slim. The only place you could get food was the Ocean View Hotel... They were doing lots of dine-in and heaps of Take- aways. There was a fairly long wait,but the food was exceptional and the staff in the kitchen and in the ordering area were polite and exceptional under pressure. Well done Will go in for a dine in meal next time.. lovely classic pub.

Pretty much my perfect pub. Beautiful old building, really friendly staff, good crowd, and one of the best pub menus around. I ate here 3 times and every meal was delicious. Being a 30 second walk from the caravan park was icing on the cake. Love it. Ill be back.
