Colliery Inn Hotel reviews
1 Star Review by Dave Kalra
My friends and I were up visiting. We ordered food at 7 pm. After waiting 90 minutes and asking about the delay, we were told there should be a 40-minute wait on food after ordering. That would have been fine if it was true. We slowly received food one by one over another 20 minutes. The food was decent. The drinks were decent. Incredibly disappointing.

What top nosh! We came across the road to the Colliery Inn while our car charged at the NRMA charging station across the road. Very clean pub, and the food is some of the best pub nosh weve had in a long time. Excellent experience. Its given us another good stop between Sydney and the North Coast.
2 Star Review by Barbara Clarke
Since been taken over from when Deb and Mick left and now change of Chef, the food is not as good. The roast is now so small compared to what it used to be. My friends and I ordered fish and chips and got two pieces of fish where we used to get 3. Very disappointing.

We did an online delivery order for Black Onyx Rump Steak, Panko Crumbed Chicken Schnitzel and a Garlic Bread. The food was delivered hot, cooked to perfection and tasted delicious. I would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate ordering from this establishment again when I'm in the area
