The toilet was flooding, the shower didn't work when I had to check out at 11am. I was told to come downstairs to get eating utensils. The window was not clean so I couldn't entirely take in the view. Would be nice if we could choose which level to be on. Overall love the luxury look of the room, the bathroom does not match the quality of the room. It was a nice experience, but with some changes could be better. For 4 stars I wasn't expecting a 1 star quality shower or toilet. Felt urge to claim a refund because you should get what you pay for but nvm. Compared to other International hotels and hospitality, Sydney is lacking. There wasn't much variety for food or beverages either.

Good honest accommodation, although mid to high range on price. Whilst being an 'established' hotel, age has not diminished its appearance and functionality. Staff are engaging and pleasant. Rooms tidy, clean and functional. And of course it is a very handy location. Whilst there is a good free breakfast (I think if you book direct), there is sadly no restaurant operating during the day. You can stay here with complete confidence.

The shower didn't drain very well so every time I took a shower it was very uncomfortable. The hairdryer was old style (built into the wall) so it took forever to dry my hair. Other than that, it was a great stay! Great location and view, room was clean and staff were great.

Phenomenal location - walking distance to The Domain and the art gallery. Comfortable beds, fantastic view - BUT would be nice to have clean windows. View was obscured and a bit of a disappointment after paying $382 for a night. Reception was busy but friendly, and otherwise would recommend this hotel as a brilliant destination.

This hotel is a great place to stay. Great location, walking distant to everything we needed. The staff were very accommodating and nothing was to hard for them. Rooms were a good size and clean. Beds are very comfortable. Will stay again next time in Sydney.

Nice sized rooms and good location. But keep in mind they don't do daily housekeeping. We stayed there for 3 nights and had no cleaning done. Had to keep asking for fresh towels and toilet paper (I had to go down and ask 3 times for towels until I got some brought up to me). Had the dirty coffee cups sitting around for days. Really disappointed from that aspect, shouldn't really be something I should have had to think about during my stay.
