Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here with the family. Check-in was great and the lady at reception was very professional and kind - such a nice start to our stay. We even received some nice surprises upon entering our house. The 3-bedroom townhome was beyond my expectations - so spacious and the corner room had absolutely stunning views of the pond and golf course. It was such a comfortable stay and we will definitely be back. The whole family enjoyed it. What a lovely place.

I stayed for the last 2 nights. Sunday night and again Monday night. My wifes mother was in her last days. Tim at front of house and the restaurant manager and her staff were amazing. So kind and genuine. Thank you so much for your kindness and making us feel so welcome. can't rate you guys high enough. Definitely be back under better circumstances.

The hotel rooms were dirty. Had to change three until one was reasonable. Wanted to pay as soon as we checked in, but the manager by the name of Chase said we can pay when we leave. When my partner went downstairs to pay, my card had already been charged! The female staff were welcoming and Tim at reception provided amazing customer service.

I find it absolutely appalling that complimentary tea and coffee were not made available at a school event for the adults present. Your staff made their displeasure known when a member turned on the coffee machine. When a complaint was made, coffee machine was then made available WITHOUT milk, effectively making it a hot water device. Very poor form, considering the number of guests who paid good money to be there. Sending them to the bar to pay for coffee just added insult to injury. Do better

Nice place, quite, neat, tidy and clean. Restaurant food options were a bit too classy/ extravagant for me so got food elsewhere, but would stay again.

First time at venue. Went to Christmas luncheon. Great view, good service. Meals small portions but delicious.

Nice place to stay. Precious room with good view. But there are few factors which lead the rating to three stars. No water bottle was in the room. Their reply after asking question was, they provide water bottles only to the members. We were paying almost $400.00 per night including breakfast, hence not having water bottles in the room was bit surprising. Even a pub hotel provides water bottles. The breakfast time was 7 am to 11am. But on 25th December which was Christmas day, they closed it at 10 am without any prior notice or communication. That was not so good feeling when we were told the breakfast time is over. However, after some talkings they have allowed us to take the food into our room. Anyway, it was a nice hotel but the experience during the stay could have been better. We will definitely think twice before choosing this hotel again.
