Banjo Paterson Inn reviews
5 Star Review by Veganbyeden
The Banjo is a great spot for dinner. The food is consistently good they have some nice cocktail jugs to share and they have really tasty vegan options. Clancy's downstairs has a fantastic pot pie or the vegan schnitzel or The Overflow upstairs has a plant based schnitzel burger. Never disappoints.

With the family we went to Muster Bar yesterday at 3 pm to have some food. We wanted to sit at a table that had a plate from a previous customer so I took the plate and placed it at another table. Then a young lady waiter came aggressively and rude telling me to put the plate back and to sit at another table. So we left and found a nice place next door with friendly people wanting to work. If I were the manager I would be asking a few questions to this lady.

Reception were awesome and professional to book with. Room is refurbished, clean, roomy and perfect. The Overflow - Food - Not so great. We bought 2 caesar salad. The dressing had no flavour at all, very disappointed. Pizzas looked great and came out fast. Everything was clean and tidy.

Beyond grateful to the head chef and the team for the amazing food, it's clear the amount of love and passion that goes into every meal! I have several dietary requirements that make it a challenge to eat out and they were fantastic at accommodating over the June long weekend, two years in a row now! We will definitely be back and highly recommend it. Thank you!

Very impressed with our family stay at Banjos. Amazing buffet breakfast. Great service in both restaurants at night. Pizzas were very nice. Cocktails we were in bed early and up early everyday with great nights sleep!

Just left today. We and our young kids loved the breakfast. The room was freshly renovated and clean - very clean. There was no noise problem, and the staff were great. It was all round excellent.

Average food for a high price.

Stayed one night to 'Explore' Jindabyne.... The staff were nice and helpful The rooms are Clean but very Dated, felt like I had gone back to the 70's with a new coat of paint. Still has the sprayed asbestos roof and shower that I was to claustrophobic to use.. The pub or 'Overflow' was average, gives a great impression from the outside but wonce you get inside your faced with TAB and a dingy bar area out back. The pizza was assembled from pre made bases. Toilets were really bad, possibly not cleaned from new year's? The bistro downstairs did a very good breakfast and I would recommend that, saving grace for the hotel. I will be looking elsewhere next time I'm in town. 3/5 "It's OK"

Honestly a very underrated place to stay. The breakfast was fantastic. The rooms were spacious, well lit and comfortable. Room service was great. And, for the summer, quite affordable. Would recommend.
