5 Star Review by Alex Young

Great location, great rooms, but what makes this such a great place to stay, is the staff. Huge shout out to Annie, Bailey, Jayden, Jimmy, Josh and Lulu. Basically everyone! All were very welcoming and made the experience that much better! Thank you very much for an awesome trip

The best birthday weekend had ever. One we won't forget. James from the restaurant for dinner service is THE MAN! Made this single Pringle mum taking her kiddos to the snow so enjoyable and safe. Thank you.

4 Star Review by Khang N

Good place to learn how to snowboard or ski for the first time. Accomodation is expensive during peak times but is cheaper when it is not snow season. You need to higher snowboard or ski gear from a place else where.

3 Star Review by Raymond Wehbe

Rooms are very dated have been coming here for 25 years ...our room was not cleaned to a good enough standard....previous occupants kids finerprints of food on doors and walls....we cleaned ourselves ....resturant was closed for lunch due to staff shortages which was extremely disappointing....but great location ski in and out and staff were great....dinners and breakfast are included and are very good quality .. Ray at breakfast has been there for 28 years and never disappoints with breaky and local knowledge and tips ....again staff excellent

3 Star Review by Andy Graham

Beware the current 50% off COVID deal does not make you aware of dinner costing $90 adult & $40 per infant, there are no exceptions within the hotel and no room service. $260 per night for 2 adults and 2 infants to have dinner is ridiculous when the B&B cost for the room is $600. This is not a luxury hotel, rooms are dated (80's) furniture is looking tired and worn. Good buffet breakfast. The staff are excellent and attentive. Overall we were disappointed, we understand this is another difficult season due to COVID however the hotel feels like its in a time warp living off its past reputation.
