Attended our Sons year 12 formal last last night. Absolutely disgusted. For $96 per head it was not worth the money at all. When the canapes went around our table only got offered 2 types. The mains my husband had to ask for mine as they didn't bring one. The chicken was tough as was the beef. Beef was undercooked. Then when it came to desserts our table never even received it. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Price was ridiculous for what little we did receive and service was terrible.

The staff were very friendly and lovely. The grounds were also lovely. Unfortunately the room was not as great as we would have liked as we had to be changed because they put us in a room with only one bed and the next room we were in were meant to have 2 king singles but they were just normal single beds.

We visited obly for dinner The lady who met us was quite rude and just pointed us to the table. It took once our order food order was taken we were told I dont do drink orders and then walked off. The other waitress said she will be back to take our drink orders. Had to ask her 3 time and in the end never had our drinks taken. Our meals took 45 min to arrive and then it was nothing special. Salmon was well and truly over cooked and our medium steak was pretty much well done. Would not recommend if this is the standard.

I found myself without accommodation when my booked and paid for accommodation didn't leave a key and i was locked out, alone in Mudgee at 830pm with no after hours contact and everywhere else in town and surrounds booked out. I called Parklands, and they were absolutely amazing, juggling a few things to provide their last room, and even ensuring i had a meal although the kitchen had closed. I cant thank them enough for rescuing me at a very stressful time.

This resort was perfectly located for a dirt bike weekend at Louee. Beautiful gardens for the kids to run around and plenty of parking for the trailer. Also had a pool, spa, sauna and gym that was fantastic. The restaurant was a disappointment for the cost, the steaks we got were precooked and had no taste. But the local food delivery's are available and the local club courtesy buses will pick you up. Be prepared for buses turning up at very early hours in the morning, maybe we were unlucky but 4:30am with buses idling and people chatting while meeting up you wont need an alarm clock. After a 3 night stay and room being serviced daily we get home and a day later get a credit card charge for chocolates missing from the mini bar on our last night. As I explained to Andrew and Depesh, we are like most people and move all drinks and snacks aside as they are such a rip off.(1 chocolate bar = 2 bags of chocolate bars from Woolworths).We bring our own refreshments and snacks. Anyway we were charged for 3 bars and just made a sour finish to a great weekend of dirt bike riding. What I don't understand is the previous mornings room service there were no mention of these items? I will have to get back to counting every item as we arrive at Hotels again as I have caught many out. Would I stay here again, yes.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Rooms were quite big, clean and comfortable. We had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant which was good too. The hotel is fairly close to the Mudgee town centre and also has a pool, spa and laundry facilities. Staff were very friendly. Overall great stay.

Thank you Depesh, Cherie and Billard for your exceptional service during our stay over Christmas. From the time we were greeted by Cherie at check in, Billard, attending to our delicious breakfast each morning, daily catch ups with Despesh in the restaurant. The beautiful maintained gardens, pool, spa, cleanliness of our dog friendly room which opened up to the gazebo and pond. Our stay was exceptional from start to finish and we cannot thank those mentioned and the other staff that make the Parklands Resort and Conference Centre what it is today.
