The staff were all lovely! Adored everything however did not purchase. The staff members were all lovely. Shout out to Kira (I believe thats her name) for the most amazing service. Her bubbly personality really made this a 5 star experience. She also complimented my dinosaur earrings which was so wholesome 10/10 will be coming back

Unhappy with coach outlet online store. We ordered the bags then sent us email of the refunds. Were you guys trying to be funny? Tried to make the biggest promotion, Made everyone excited then got rid of us. It was so disappointed.
