The specials on the board are always fantastic, the food come out in generous portion sizes and wonderfully cooked. The schnitzel night is the best, huge schnitty with perfect cooked vegetables every time. Plus the staff are always super friendly and the wait times even when theyre busy are very decent. This is now my go to place for a great pub meal.

Imagine paying $90+ dollars for 2 kids meals, a parmy, cutlets and some uncooked garlic bread! Tonight we didn't feel like cooking so we thought we would give the firey another crack as last time we come both my son and partner were up all night spewing from their pork ribs, well this time we sent back our uncooked garlic bread and was told this is how we do it and it was brought back to the table only to be taken later because it was uneatable! Then we ordered 3 cutlets, but only received 2 I got up to complain because there was no one in sight to call to our table and told the staff we would just like a refund, by time they brought it out we had finished our meals and were packing up to go I informed them to keep the cutlet and the money and walked out! The staff members we delt with have no idea what they are doing nor how to deal with a complaint/how to go about fixing it, some serious training is definitely needed! We will never be back and will be sure to pass the word on.

Great food, helpful service, nice and roomy..but acoustics are terrible. We love coming here but its so loud! But still recommend!

Waited over an hour only to be told order didn't go thru. Family of 5 with a new born. Terrible service lately. Refunded money paid and sent on our way. Disappointing considering how good the firey used to be.

Tuesday Lunch Special, Lamb Cutlets with Veg was beautiful couldn't fault it. My husband had it with Salad, was a little peeved they didn't replace the chips with more salad and it was just a tiny bowl of salad. Still paids the same price but anyway it was great regardless. It was very busy but they seemed to get through the crowd pretty well. They could have done with another set of hands. We will still go back for sure.
