Perfect for skiers/snowboarders put the whole day! You'll enjoy the clean room that has all you need, hot showers, healthy and great variety of food, super helpful and friendly staff. Well done Ski rider team, you rock! We loved our stay and cant wait to be back!

Great value for money and really close to the ski fields. Cozy rooms, free guest shuttle up to the ski fields in coaches which are brand new. Good hearty breakfast included with hot and cold selection. Dinner - you have a choice of a hot buffet (meat options, hot veggies) with soup, bread, salad and desert or cook your own steak in the front bar, with salad, local baked bread, corn and green veg. There are also 2 bars on site, the front bar has a the standard drink selection plus some cocktails and mulled wine (Gluhwein). Post dinner you can settle in with drinks in front of the log fire, watch movies in the lounge area or play board/card games. Entertainment was ok - Weekend we stayed there the lodge had a band and a great acoustic duo playing funky covers. Great for families, but also fab for couples and groups. Highly recommend, the owners Ron and Sue Deane are a lovely couple and great hosts.

We stayed at this place for about five days and it was the absolutely best time we had. The food was amazing and we felt we were dining at a top notched restaurant. Each night the chef (Pat) prepared really good food which was great to come back to after a whole day skiing on the mountain. The deserts complimented the meal extremely well. Hats off to Jade as well for hiring fantastic staff who were both very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to assist with any issues that we had as quickly as possible. The accommodation was good as well and suited our needs as we only required a bed at night after a long day and a full stomach. Water pressure in the showers were good with hot water and the rooms were heated efficiently with large panel heaters that dried all our snow gear quickly. Overall, I'm definitely coming back here both for the summer and winter. Edit: I forgot to mention that it was my son's birthday when we stayed there and the chef made a small pavlova for him with the staff making it a special day as well. Also forgot to mention the very convenient shuttle bus and to definitely try out Guppy's restaurant which is a separate part of the accommodation!

A mixed review. Good bar area and facilities. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food choices at dinner very minimal and rice not cooked properly. Parents allowing their children to run rampant through the dining area is a real turn off. Shuttle bus is great. Internet availability has improved since our last stay in April - that's a big plus in 2022. The hotel is what you pay for. Don't expect 4 stars. No fridge in the room, bathroom right next to the bunk beds, no TV. Queen bed is just 2 single beds pushed together leaving an uncomfortable gap in the middle. Parking was distant from the room and it's anything goes for parking spaces. It's not my first choice accommodation, but it was what was available. My rating went down 1 star simply because of the inability of anybody to do anything about the kids acting like they were in the Lord of the Flies novel in the dining room.

Can not fault this place ! So comfortable, super close to the snowfields & the staff are amazing. Pat the amazing chef went above and beyond for us and my fussy eater son. Loved the fact that the meat & chicken was halal. Suitable for us to eat. Would definitely come here again.

Good budget accommodation as far as an Australian snow holiday goes. Comfortable beds and reasonably close to Perisher. Lots of food of varying quality.
